Shipping and Ordering

Order Processing

Please note that orders generally require 48 hours to process. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Shipping Rates

Shipping and Handling charges apply to each address where the candy is shipped. We use UPS or Priority Mail and prices are based on the current rates offered by each. In the warmer months, from May 1 to October 31, we ship Next Day Air — higher rates and a surcharge for extra insulated packaging will apply.

Shipping Method

We ship via UPS or Priority Mail. If you would like to use your own UPS or FedEx account number the delivery charge will be waived however a handling charge will apply.

Hand Delivery is available in Los Angeles.  Contact us for a custom request.

Address Requirements

You must provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Shipped orders will not require a signature to complete delivery and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package. On warmer days, this may result in the candy melting. Exquisite Delights is not responsible for packages damaged at, or taken from, a destination where no person is available to receive it. We highly recommend shipping candy to an address where the recipient will be available to receive it.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Storage

We suggest storing our candy in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. They are best enjoyed by the date on the box. They should not be refrigerated.

Returns

Exquisite Delights strives to ensure that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. We ask you to notify us immediately if it does not, so we may determine the proper course of action, which may include replacing or refunding orders, at our sole discretion.
